My friend John C. Carlson has had months of medical problems, making him incapacitated to work.
This week he was; diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized.
He has been my friend since 1982 and has been a moderator in the NationalAppraisersForum since 2006; where he tirelessly offers help to other junior appraisers.
When I spoke to him this afternoon, he stated he was out of money and needed help.
These funds will help with his medical bills and give him some recovery time.
