My name is Jen Puerner. I am a family friend who met Carm at work in Buffalo and fell in love with her family. The Sarcinelli's have become family to me.
Pat was diagnosed with lung cancer in September 2016. He successfully won his battle, through radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Unfortunately, the cancer spread to his brain in January 2017, and then to his spine. The cancer is now in Pat's spinal fluid. Pat continues to fight hard, but he has been unable to work for the last year and the medical bills are coming in. Anything you can do to assist Pat during this battle is greatly appreciated! All of the funds raised will be given to the Sarcinelli family to help them through this difficult time. I will be withdrawing the donations for this account on behalf of the family and paying their bills with this money.
