Woodland Hills, UT Mudslide Victims

I'm the Mayor of Woodland Hills, Utah. Woodland Hills is a very small City of about 1,500 residents. On August 14, 2015 a mudslide washed down the mountain above our City and filled a neighborhood with mud and water. Several families were affected. Most notably, the Beaman family had mud break through a window and fill a couple of rooms. It damaged drywall, carpet, their cooling system, furniture, and other personal items. Their homeowners insurance doesn't cover this kind of damage so they are left with the bill for recovery. Our community has come together and helped them and the other affected neighbors by removing mud and helping with the demolition. We have had several people ask how they can donate to help with the recovery. As a concerned neighbor and a friend of these families I am setting up this account to help facilitate those donations. Thank you for any help you are able to provide.
