Surgery for Caleb

Since birth Caleb Conners has struggled with scoliosis, a condition that causes his spine to grow in an abnormal shape. Beyond the cosmetic disfigurement, it also reduces the amount of space for organs and can put life threatening stress on the lungs and heart.  Caleb has endured numerous surgeries and his spine is now matured enough that it can be permanently fixed. He has been accepted by the leading surgeon in this field as a patient. After his initial consultation, the family was advised he needed the surgery right away. His spine is in distress. The family will have to be in New York for at least a month.
 Please help Caleb and his family during this critical time of need by donating toward their medical and travel expense. Both parents are taking unpaid leave of absences from their jobs.
