Thanksgiving service & expenses

A single mother to three young men, was diagnosed with cancer in 2010. She has been in and out of hospital, even then she worked hard to send her boys to school on her own; two of whom are currently international students in Canada. She ensured that her boys didn’t need to get student loans, as their main objective is to acquire an education. She made her last trip to Canada in December 2017 to ensure that her youngest son was settled and ready for school for the Winter 2018 semester. Unfortunately, as her middle son is about to complete his studies, they were notified that she may only have a short time remaining. Auntie Paulette made her transition this Thursday (April 5 2018) after numerous years battling Cancer. She is now at rest. The money raised will be going towards helping with her medical expenses, bills that accumulated from being hospitalized and her Thanksgiving service. Her middle son is in Jamaica taking care of the Thanksgiving proceedings and her youngest son is here in Canada preparing to finish his final exams. We are still waiting to hear back from the University about the outcome or the way forward for the middle son whom had to leave to attend to his mother's needs. We were hoping and praying that she would be here with us to see her son graduate; knowing that her objective was met, and the first child she sent to University graduated. But life dealt a different card.
