Need help please

I don't even know where to start I been fighting a custody battle for 2 years now and finally got a temporary relocation for me and my daughter do to mother never working and mother being a drug addict and ever since covid hit I havent been able to keep my lawyer up todate on payment with all my other Bills and trying to provide and keep a roof over our head... my daughter means more to me than anything and I truly cannot allow her to go back to being abused and neglected by her mother we have 90 days to come with the money and this is my last hope
