Xmas Meal for Venezuelan families

Hello there, my name is Veronica Riera and I'm a Venezuelan living in Toronto, Canada.
In my opinion Venezuela is the most beautiful country in the world, but sadly today it is going through its worst time in history, because of a greedy and corrupt dictatorship. There are food and medicine shortages, to the point where people are dying in hospitals and families are eating literally out of garbage cans.
For this Christmas, I would love to try and help some of these families to not starve during the holidays. I created this Gofundme to collect 2500$US. With this money we'll be able to bring a Christmas meal to 800 Venezuelans. I'll be working in collaboration with Aaron Rodriguez Moro and his team so we can bring some happiness at least for a day.
Aaron will be in Venezuela in charge of all the logistics of these events. He will be going to every community and making sure everything works out smoothly.
As of today we have reached half of our goal which is great because we can start paying the deposits to the vendors like, tents, tables, cutlery, chairs, and food. The plan is to reach two communities a day for a total of 4 days, bringing a full christmas meal to 200 people a day.
We intend to withdraw about $1,600 to make the payments that are due early this week.
