I'M GOING TO SPAIN!!!

My name is Brandon and i was recently selected to travel and work abroad. It is an amazing opportunity to be completely immersed in anothers culture doing something i absolutely love. I will spend 12 weeks (3 months) in Madrid, Spain at Albora, a one Michelin starred restaurant.  My airfare, housing, and healthcare is being taken care. However, I am resposible for everyday expenses- food, travel, hygienics, etc. This is NOT a paid opportunity and, on top of everyday expenses, i am responsible for any financial obligations i have stateside- rent, student loans, cell phone bill, etc. This a financial obstacle that can be overcome with help. I've cooked unknowingly my whole life and decided to make it a career at 16, the one decision I know I will never regret. My goal is to feed people the best bite ever every time. However, the reality is my sense of accomplishment comes from that satisfaction of simply feeding people-anyone who hungers and seeks satiety; having the ability to potentially affect someone's day in a positive manner without ever meeting and taking a relatively monotonous and menial task and making it an enjoyable, maybe even esthetic experience.... there's nothing like it. This is why I cook, dream, live. This opportunity will add another dimension to my understanding and add another level of depth to the plan. I will need help to make this happen.
