Wounded Veterans Relief Fund and Evolution Fitness (veteran owned gym) have teamed up to help raise veteran suicide awareness and raise necessary funds to prevent veteran homelessness. Our upcoming event will feature George Hood, a Marine veteran who will be attempting to break the Guinness world record for most pushups in one hour, which is currently held at 2919 pushups. A member from Guinness World Records will be there to officiate the the event. We challenge YOU to a pushup competition, tell us the number of pushups you were able to complete in one hour in the comments box when you make your donation!  In a given year over 2,500 veterans experience homelessness and our mission is    to reduce this number to zero.  These funds will help support 30 veterans right here in the state of Florida with    emergency financial assistance.  WVRF Veteran Testimonial: "I served 13 years in the Marine Corps and was medically retired due to combat    injuries. I fell behind on my bills due to loss of primary income and was struggling  to support my 3 boys and keep our house that we call home. Wounded Veterans  Relief Fund saved me and I was able to catch up on my bills. They also assisted me (with) in a financial plan to stay afloat until I find another source of income".
