EQuity is a Black-owned, learning and development venture working to advance racial justice by developing emotional intelligence. To amplify our work at the intersection of emotional intelligence and racial justice, we launched a scholarship program to give students an opportunity to discuss the emotional impact of racial inequality, and the promise of emotional intelligence as a tool for healing.  We invite you to read the top essays from this year's cohort and support funding our program for next year!
