Help a Family Overcome Black Mold Crisis

I was really avoiding this avenue at all costs, but here we are...

We have been dealing with an ongoing black mold infestation at the apartment we moved into purely because we needed something more feasible financially. Little did we know that would come with a black mold infestation in not just one but two units, where Corporate has refused to acknowledge, much less treat, the matter, leading to severe health issues for all of us, but especially our two kiddos. I am pursuing legal action with the help of legal aid I've qualified for, but it's a slow process, and today we've received an eviction notice despite the ongoing habitability issues. Of course, following this, someone skimmed my assistance card and stole almost every last dollar we had for temporary housing until we are able to afford new permanent housing. I'm very much at a loss even after reaching out to dozens upon dozens of agencies seeking any form of help or assistance with no luck.

Anything anyone can help with will greatly make a difference as otherwise we'll be having to go to a homeless shelter as a last resort, and I'm desperately trying to avoid that for us. Thanks for reading and the help.
