Xi Chapter KA Mansion Refresh

Brothers, we're not sure if any of you are aware but the Alumni who attended Travel Club in 2018 came to an agreement that the KA Mansion is in dire need of a downstairs rooms refresh. Donations of approximately $7,000 were made at this time from the 50 attending with some participation as the project continues and we know more where the funds are needed.
With that said, we would like to solicit your assistance in this endeavor.
At this point Jerry Pate's oldest daughter, Jenny Mason, who is an interior decorator in Austin is assisting us with this project. At this time, we are anticipating a financial commitment of close to $30,000. We are looking at durable furniture with leather cushions and turning the dining room into more of a functional space. We are also hopeful to repaint the Fourier dining room and the Chapter Room room.
