I’m here to help a loved one—a woman I admire for her success story as a survivor. Coming from the Philippines over 20 years ago with her infant to Cape Coral, Victoria Wilenski had the American dream—Great job! Owned a home! Got married! Sadly, she became divorced, but now with two children, yet still surviving. She went from a
corporate job to owning her own business. She found love again and had a third child. Then came stress from a broken relationship, a business failing, and loss of her home. At this point in her life, she was struck with Sepsis and nearly lost her life. Yet, still a survivor and several years later, she began getting back on her feet and going for her
dreams again.
This is when I met her. Her stories are heart-warming; her persistence is humbling. Since the summer of 2019 her life has changed again. She started having fevers, aches, weakness & more. I’ve witnessed a strong soul go from being full of life to becoming scared. I’m one who always sees the positive and believe that being here for her gives purpose to my life. It saddens me to see her struggle and now, just today

She has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
She has very minimal insurance and the bills will be outrageous. I’m looking for help financially for her. Please consider a donation; but even without that, we appreciate that you’ve taken time to read her story. Although Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is rarer than nonHodgkin’s, more than 90% of those treated survive for 5 years or more after diagnosis
and 75-90% will survive 5 years or more after they’re diagnosed. Even if this lymphoma comes back, it can often be treated successfully again. This special survivor will do all she can to keep those facts accurate (or make them better); if you can help in some way, we can encourage her to keep her dreams alive.
