Every little bit helps

I'm hoping to raise money for my cousin Cassandra and her very sick son Sean. He's only 21 years of age and should be just doing what every 21 year old is doing and not fighting for his life in the ICU. On December 14th at 2:47am my cousin woke up ran upstairs to check on Sean. He was laying down and had low sounds of like clearing his throat which she was unable to hear from downstairs. She knew call it a mother's instinct or god woke her up and she knew something wasn't right. She woke her younger son up and said we're going to the hospital right now. They arrived to the hospital at 3:15am. Of course due to Covid she couldn't go in and he walked in himself and within 20 minutes was in a room. She tried calling in multiple times but finally got a call back at 7:00am. At which time she was told that he had pulmonary edema and a heart issue and was a very sick boy. By 9:00am he was taken to the ICU on a deep lung breathing machine. By 1:00pm, he had to be intubated. He didn't act like he wasn't feeling well in the days before this. But, he's not a complainer at all and never misses work. The ICU nurses informed her another 3-4 hours he would have died in bed due to the amount of fluid in his lungs. Cassandra hates to ask people.  For help because as she says everyone is struggling right now. But they are definitely in need. They've missed almost two weeks of work. Can't go to work with him in critical condition. It also looks like it's going to be a longer road than anticipated. He is not near strong enough to breathe on his own, and his Pulmonologist has no answer as to when. He will need physical therapy once he leaves ICU, and goes to the Cardiology floor. Cassandra will have to take care of him when he comes home. So please even if you can only send 5 dollars every little bit is greatly appreciated and if you can't give please just share this on your social media.
