Let's Help Bob

Many of you are aware that 7 weeks ago a jogger was severely injured when a large tree branch fell on him while out jogging on LaVista Rd. It turns out that jogger was Bob Owen, the LaVista Park board member that handles our IT support from the email system to our website. He is a key part of our team that keeps the organization functioning. Bob's injuries were extensive including broken ribs, spinal damage and a head injury. He has had surgery to address his internal injuries but remains in a coma. He has been transferred to a long-term acute care facility in Columbus, GA. We would like to help his wife and daughter with the additional expenses they will incur during his long road to recovery. This is our chance to help give back to someone who given his time and expertise to help improve LaVista Park.
