<div>I am a single mom of four kids going through a divorce. One of my children has special needs that requires a high level of interventions. Another child of mine has special needs and their mental health is struggling with the divorce. This transition will be difficult for them as their father and I have been together for 14 years.

<div>My children and I need a new place to live in. They need a home that is safe, stable, and has any repair-related issues resolved. The current home holds many difficult memories, repairs are not resolved by the landlord, and I cannot afford the place by myself. <strong>I have been able to get approval to purchase a mobile home.</strong> The issue is regarding the down payment.

<div>I currently live month to month, am employed full-time, and all saved money I had set aside went to necessary vehicle repairs so I could continue working. I have an associate's degree and have worked on and off for 10 years trying to finish my bachelor's degree. I work in this community that I love. I want to stress that I do have an education and work hard to be independent.

<div><strong>The down payment required is $2500 minimum and then $500 in moving costs for my family.</strong> My plan with the home is to rebuild my credit, offer stability for my kids while they finish out their education here in Wichita. Once they all finish school and I have paid off my mobile home, I do plan to move and will take the home with me. The mobile home will be given to my child with high special needs to reside in to allow as much independence as possible while being monitored and kept safe.

<div><strong>The money contributed goes to provide a safe home for my kids that I will use for more than 12 years.</strong> I have the approval and documents signed, but I am asking for help with this step. There is already one home I could have in October, after the down payment is placed.  The pictures included are of the home. I know it is difficult right now for everyone.
