Naomi's medical expenses

Hello everyone! I know this is a hard time of year to think about donating money. But, I also know this is the time of year where we reflect on all we have and are grateful for the blessings life has given us. Most of you who read this will be friends or family, those who are not, thank you for your time in reading this post.
I am setting up this gofundme on behalf of my sister Naomi. She does not know, well she didn't know, I was doing this. For those who do not know, Naomi was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer just before Christmas in 2008. Her cancer was aggressive. Immediately treatment began. She underwent multiple rounds of chemo and radiation as well as a double mastectomy with reconstruction. She has had a total of 4 surgeries since her diagnosis.
Since her initial treatment she has had multiple imaging studies done to monitor her cancer, and has since been deemed cancer free. However, the treatment and medications she had taken took a toll on her body. Currently her ovaries and uterus continue to develop multiple cysts and polyps. This condition is causing non stop pain and bleeding. Her doctors have ordered genetic testing to be performed, typically a cost of $20,000 which is not covered by insurance. Fortunalty her providers were able to lower the cost to $4,000. But that will be an out of pocket cost. The genetic testing is being done to figure out a plan for treatment, and prognosis for cancer reoccurance. As it stands right now, Naomi has been given a 75% chance of developing ovarian cancer. Her doctors want to perform a total hysterectomy to one, avoid ovarian cancer and two, stop the current situation she is suffering from.
I am asking for help, because my sister won't. Anyone who knows her knows she is proud and selfless. She would go above and beyond to make anyone happy or help in anyway. She has already cashed out her 401k in order to pay off her medical bills from her treatments. Her insurance does not cover much for the surgery which she needs, and has been postponing for over a year now due to cost. I am hoping that some of this money will help pay off the genetic testing as well as go towards her surgery which she desperatley needs.
