Transportation for Jaden

I am starting this campaign on behalf of my brother Jaden who is in need of a minivan that is modified to transport his wheelchair,and additional adaptive equipment. This minivan will only be used to transport my brother. Without this minivan my brother will not be able to get his electric wheelchair the he desperately needs. He is getting older and it is getting more difficult for him to use his manual chair. Getting an electric chair will allow him to become more independent. My mother is a single mother working full time to support her family. Unfortunately at this time she does not have the means necessary to purchase a minivan on her own. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!

(Jaden is 18 and has cerebral palsy, he can not walk or talk.)
