Legal Battle Fund

The legal battle that has finally begun to push forward again has hit a snag. In order to continue working towards changing the status of my relationship with my son, namely being able to see him again, I need to hire a custody evaluator. I have to have $2,000 up front in order to pay for the service he will provide which includes all meetings with all parties as well as reporting back to the court. I have $1,000 as it stands and need to raise the rest of the money. I am hoping to get a little more than the $1,000 in case there is some other surprise fee or something I was not expecting. The 1,000 is the most pressing issue at hand.

It has been since Fathers Day 2015 since I have seen either of my kids. Due to my daughter turning 18 soon we couldn't include her in the legal case, but I just want to be back in my children's lives. All I have now are 10-12 minute phone calls with my son only once a week, and he is not a big phone person.

I hope by getting  this and pushing forward with this evaluator that I can finally change all this and see my kids again.
