<div>Recently, Yassmina's dad, Peter Treadaway, sadly passed away after a long heartbreaking battle with cancer. He was the funniest, kindest, most caring father and husband and his loss has completely shaken their family.

<div>Over the course of his illness, he had to undergo multiple rounds of intense treatment, hospital stays, and specialist care. It was an incredibly painful journey, for both him and the people who loved him. Even while he was sick, he stayed strong for everyone around him, always smiling and making them laugh.

<div>As the illness progressed, the medical costs began piling up. Despite everything they did to try to save him, his condition worsened, and after a brave and exhausting fight, he passed away 25 of June.

<div>Since this devastating shock, things have been incredibly tough. Whilst dealing with grief, Yassmina's mum, Rasha has been left to pay overwhelming medical bills that all on her own. Rasha’s now the only one supporting the family, while also trying to make sure 16 year old Yassmina and her 13 year old brother, Ahmed, can continue their education and have some sense of stability.

<div>Rasha's strength is honestly unbelievable, but the financial pressure has become too much for her to handle as a single mother. We’ve seen firsthand how hard she’s working and how much she’s sacrificed just to keep things going. No one should have to go through this alone.
