Two arms in need

Hey everyone, I recently got into I bicycle accident and broken right hand and left elbow and need to get surgery on both of them on August 1st. Being a bartender with no arms and no health insurance it is going to be a tough feat to overcome without help! If you can help at all with anything at all it would mean the world to me!
