Chad's Memorial

Hello this fundraiser is a way to help off set any costs with Chad's medical and memorial funds. His liver shut down which in turn shut down his other organs. All money raised now will help with his memorial funds. Any amount will be appreciated as Chad does not have medical insurance at this time. Thank you on behalf of our family for giving any amount.
