Help me find new safe and reliable transportation

On the 20th of February, I was hit while crossing an intersection on the right side of my car, and it ended up being declared a total loss after a lady ran a red left turning light. All the other driver is currently being held responsible for is the loan for my totaled car and bodily injuries and nothing more. I am currently doing physical therapy because I do have horrible back and neck pains. Some of my treatments/medications are paid for, and some are not. I also do not have health insurance, but whatever I pay for treatment will be sent back to me once a settlement is reached. However, I found out it can take up to 6 months to a couple of years until a settlement is reached due to the damage caused to both of our cars, and we both have injuries. I am asking for some monetary support so, in the meantime, I can have safe and reliable transportation, and these funds will not only be helping me find a new vehicle but also allow me to pay for certain treatments I need and help cover rental costs and all the extra expenses car accidents have. If you live in southern AZ, you know it's impossible to live without a car due to how spread out everything is.
