Help us to prevent Modern Slavery in supply chains

Hello! We are Pasos Libres, a non-profit organization that seeks to reinvent the way of managing the risks and impacts of modern slavery through the design, development, and implementation of innovative strategies, methodologies, and technologies.

In 2022 we set ourselves a goal: To create the first Academy in the region focused on educating citizens and organizations to stop human trafficking and forced labour through innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology.

And we did it!!! With the support of the Australian Embassy in Colombia, we created Freedom Makers Academy, a program that seeks to educate youth, companies, and suppliers from Latin America about the global phenomenon of modern slavery, emphasizing supply chains, corporate social responsibility, and due diligence.

From March to May 2022, We delivered our first course, Modern Slavery and Supply Chains: The Role of AI and Data Science, reaching 208 students and young professionals in Colombia. The course addresses the importance of promoting transparent supply chains through formulating, publishing, and analyzing modern slavery statements by local and foreign companies operating in Colombia.

Now we are looking for partners, sponsors, and donors who want to help us reach 1000 youth in Colombia and Latin America with our Academy and course.
