<div>As part of PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022 event, I’m joining the PukaUp crew in Marysville to ride 313.9kms across 3 days. These 313.9kms honour the 3139 people who tragically died by suicide in 2020.
</div>
<div>PukaUp are a cause driven organisation who exist to end suicide. The recent launch of their online course Foundations of Wellbeing means that every Australian can learn the knowledge and tools needed to proactively manage their individual mental health before reaching crisis point.
</div>
<div>This cause means a lot to me because I see the impacts of mental health on children and adults every day and am a strong believer that raising awareness and providing greater support mechanisms can make a differerence to so many.
</div>
<div>For every $250 I raise, I unlock one spot in the course which, I can then gift to anyone in my community. The more we raise together, the more people’s lives we can positively impact.
</div>
<div>Any donation, little or large, will be greatly appreciated.

<div>Thanks Xavier
