Xavier Delk Acquire a Defense Attorney

Hello, we are the Delk Family and we are fundraising for our family member Xaiver Delk. Xaiver Delk is an African American Student Athlete who just recently graduated May 19th 2023, from the University of Nebraska Kearny with a Bachelors in General Studies. He was currently in the process of applying to the UNK Graduate program to obtain his masters.

Unfortunately, Xaiver was at the wrong place wrong time and was involved in a situation that resulted in him being accused of first degree assault. This is not in his nature nor character and he has been attending UNK for 4 years and has had zero incidents as well as no prior record in his life. He has been fully cooperating with law enforcement and turned himself in on June 4th 2023.

He is currently being held in Buffalo County jail and right now as a family we are focusing on getting him a lawyer. Any money donated would be greatly appreciated and will be used to help obtain the proper legal counsel he needs.

Xaiver has been a model student athlete and as a family we want him to have a fair chance at justice so that he can continue with his education and football career.
