Brain Tumor Recovery

After months of increasingly severe symptoms, I was diagnosed with a large brain tumor on Fri April 26, 2019.  A doozy of a plot twist in my life and ability to work and earn income, this news comes at a time where I have no savings to cover the basic or extra expenses right now without income. Rent, utilities, groceries/food, car payments/insurance are some of the basics that won’t wait for SDI benefits to kick in. There are additional expenses with transportation and childcare while others are helping during my hospital stay. Beyond surgery at Stanford on May 8, we can’t predict what recovery may entail, and your donations and sharing of this fundraiser are very much appreciated to help keep us stable during this time.
