My name is Joe Staska, I am a fine art photographer that also shoots protests, political rallies, government crisis response, etc..
In mid December, I will be traveling with a group that will be providing assistance to migrants at the U.S./Mexico border in Tijuana.
I will be documenting, through photo and video, the conditions of the struggle at and around the border.
My intention is to capture and expose the plight that these people face on their journey, as well as their true spirits.
To put a human face on the crisis.
