I am looking for a small amount of working Capital to help to complete customer orders / purchase raw materials for inventory before Christmas.
I am a small business owner in the Dene Craft Arts business in Enterprise, NT.
Currently, all funds per orders go toward overhead - staff / shipping; the high cost of doing business in the North as a micro-producer, etc.
Looking for a small amount of Working Capital. My Customers will benefit. The business model I follow - 50% deposit upon orders is not enough to maintain my current business after staff and overhead costs.
The funds requested will be used to purchase raw materials required to fill current outstanding leather orders and to build some inventory / samples - mainly more handbags.
This support will mean a lot to me as a Dene man in the garment business in the Northwest Territories. More importantly, this will help my small business to meet current deadlines and purchase much needed raw materials like leather and handbag hardware - the hardware of which comes from the US.
Investments under $100 will receive a Digital Dene Apron, over $100 will receive one of my wool Dene Digital Floral cellphone bags. $300 and over, a canvas Dene Style "On the Land' Knife Case - roll up case that includes a knife / fork / spoon / steak knife. Also a great hickory skinning knife. Leather needle and thread, matches and a small metal file.
$500 and over will receive Wool / Leather Dene Digital Floral Handbag with the option of handles or a tasseled cross-chest strap.
