Dominica: Hurricane Maria Relief

Dominica is in desperate need.

Hurricane Maria swept through Dominica on September 18th, leaving a path of destruction behind.  Our beautiful nature island is torn apart. Many are without shelter, food and clean water. It will take years to rebuild.

The aide to this small island of 73,000 must continue.

The UN is getting involved, with the UN Secretary-General saying, upon his visit, "I have never seen anywhere else in the world [with] a forest completely decimated without one single leaf on any tree." Full article here:

Here are a couple of articles that provide some insight into the devastation:

Dominica is the birthplace and home of The Prince family. We have friends and family there... our legacy and heritage is there. We are coming together to ask friends and loved ones to donate what they can to help us ship down barrels filled with clothing, water, non-perishable food items and other supplies to our family and friends - and their community members – to help them rebuild. The journey will be many years long for our beautiful country.

We're more than half way to our goal!

Please send your positive thoughts to all those in Dominica as they recover. Let's bring the Nature Island's beauty back!
