Hurricane Harvey Relief

My brother Tony and my sister-in-law Danielle have lost almost everything and are currently displaced. Their home, located in the Willowbend neighborhood on the southwest side of Houston  took in at least two feet of water during the Hurricane Harvey floods.  They, like many other families throughout the Houston metropolitan area are in dire need of finanacial assistance. 

At this time, through the help and support of family and gracious neighbors the efforts to clear out their damaged material possessions, remove storm debris and begin demolition of molded sheet rock are already underway. However,  what they called home is entirely uninhabitable and they are being forced to find a new place to start over. 

For those of you who know Tony and Danielle personally they both dedicate their energy and time to helping others and bringing healing into the lives of others. As some of you know, Tony and Danielle were away from the city  getting married when Hurricane Harvey floods destroyed their home and they have very little to come home to.  We are thankful that they are safe and dry but their loss, like the losses of others affected by the storm are incalculable and harrowing.

Some of their losses can be directly addressed with your support. As of today, Tony and Danielle will need to:

- find a new place to live
-replace a waterlogged vehicle
-purchase basic furniture items as all the furniture in their home was ruined by flood waters.
