Christmas gifts for children in need

Hi everyone – We hope you are all well and starting to get ready for Xmas with your Family and Friends.

In Australia at Xmas time we normally have blue sky’s, BBQ’s, food and drinks aplenty and lots of outdoor activities and fun.
My name Maria and I have lived in Australia now for 26 years however I come from a small village in the Philippines and still maintain close contact.
For many years I have sponsored the children in my home village each year so they can have Xmas also.
Xmas in the Philippines happens in monsoon season and of course this year apart from being wet and the possibility of typhoons and flooding they have the added burden of COVID.
There is between 100 and 120 kids aged between 1 to 16 in the village and without my assistance …… Father Xmas does not always come.

Have a look at a couple of the kids photo’s att.  along with the type of gifts that are purchased locally in the village.
The gifts are purchased locally there so that the donated money goes further.
A typical gift is clothes, shoes, a bag, a ball or similar.
Also any left over monies goes towards food for the village Xmas celebrations.

This year given COVID and our good fortune in Western Australia I am seeking your assistance.
