Help with medical bills and living expenses

Hey guys! My name is Max. On July 22nd 2021, I was driving back from work on a rentable electric moped because my car was at the shop. I was driving on Fell street (pretty ironic if you ask me) which is a 3lanes - one way street. It was about 9pm when a car suddenly appeared in my headlights. I tried dodging it, but it was too late and I was hit head on. The driver of the car did not appear to slow down nor attempt to dodge me.

I suffered severe injuries from the trauma which have impacted my ability to work and proceed with everyday life. Every single bone in my left leg was broken (femur, tibia, and fibula). Multiple teeth were fractured and damaged. The rest is superficial - jaw trauma, shoulder joint dislocation, bruised ribs, bruised elbows, road rashes, and full body soreness.

I was taken to the hospital via ambulance where I stayed for 6 days and underwent multiple surgeries. The hospital bill is currently over $150 000, and my insurance will cover some of it, but eventually, I'll have to pay back some of it (I'm unsure of the amount yet, and will give you more details/updates as I know more). Additionally, I need to have physical therapy 4 times a week for the next 2 months. Lastly, I need to see a dentist (which is not covered by insurance).

Unfortunately the person who hit me was uninsured and any liability coverage (if there is any) at this time is unknown.

For those of you know know me, you know how much I don't like asking for anything, especially not for money/charity but I'm really out of options.

I do believe in karma and hopefully something good will happens, but in the meanwhile I still have to pay for dentist as well as rent and living expenses since I don't have any income anymore. Anything helps.
