please help me

My name is Kim Crayton Withers and my brother Kelly Crayton is in desperate need of financial help.  Back in April of this year he went into the hospital due to pain in his foot. It turned out that it was an infection in his left foot and since he is a diabetic, he was admitted into the hospital.  The infection got worse( down to the bone in his foot) and he had to have a pump inserted into his foot to drain the infection; the heal of his left foot was removed because of the infection .  In addition to that he had several blood transfusions and still is unable to walk.  He is an educator with the DC Public Schools and is on unpaid FMLA and is unable to pay his bills because his funds have been depleted and his insurance isn't covering all of his needs. He also needs rehabilitation and has to be admitted into an assisted living facility in the Maryland area.  The funds will be used to help pay for his care.  This situation is urgent and your help and prayers are needed.  Thank you for any assistance you can provide
