Phoenix Bakery start up

We are three former employees of New Day Bakery and We are looking to raise funds so we can re open as Phoenix Bakery ASAP.

The Bakery has been a popular gathering place in Morgantown for years.  Between us we have over thirty years of experience making, baking and serving our handcrafted products.  We loved working there, we love making great food, and we love our customers! Now we have a chance to fire the oven again and continue making the same great products, and new ones too!  Coffee, scones and cookies, pizza, soup and BREAD!
