Keep a roof over my head!

Well, this is pretty damn humbling, but I need to ask for help because I'm in a pretty dire situation.

My roommate moved out a couple of months ago, stiffed me for two months of back rent, and abandoned his shitty furniture to boot.  I haven't been able to rent out the room because, well, there's a pandemic on.  So, I've been paying the whole rent on my place and today, I've officially hit the end of what I can carry alone.  I've burnt through all of my savings just to keep a roof over my head and it's all gone.  I need help just to make a bit of my rent and some $ for food.  That's all.

I am humbled by this situation and feel a bit of shame.  Maybe I shouldn't feel embarrassed or ashamed, but I do.   So, this is hard for me but there's no 2 ways about it, I need help.   I appreciate any assistance.  Thanks in advance!
