Hi my name is Reina & I suffer from Pulmonary Hypertension as well a congenital heart & lung condition.
"Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a rare, progressive disorder characterized by high blood pressure (hypertension) of the main artery of the lungs (pulmonary artery) for no apparent reason. The pulmonary artery is the blood vessel that carries blood from the heart through the lungs. Symptoms of PAH include shortness of breath, especially during exercise, chest pain, and fainting episodes. To treat my PAH I take various medications & am on Oxygen 24/7. I use oxygen tanks & an at-home oxygen Concentrator. This hinders my ease & enjoyment of travel immensely. I would love to be able to travel more often & more freely without such restraints (such as having to depend on unreliable rental companies).
Owning my own Portable oxygen Concentrator (POC) would allow me to enjoy travel & live day-to-day life more fully & independently.
