Adam Wozney's Family Support Fund

Adam was diagnosed with Graves' Disease and hospitalized on Tuesday, August 4th.   The doctors think he has gone untreated with the disease for 8-12 months or longer.
He has since then suffered a major stroke and several small strokes.  He current is being treated at Sacred Heart in Eau Claire, WI.  Although Adam has made some progress over the last few days,  Adam's journey is not yet over.
