Mary's Medical Fund

My Aunt Mary needs help! She would never ever ask for help or money herself, so I am doing it for her. On March 25, 2017 she was admitted to the hospital for abdominal pain. After many tests and scans she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She was also told that surgery was not an option due to the location of the tumor on the pancreas. She was almost set to start chemotherapy treatments to try to prolong life, however; before she could start, she ended up back in the hospital. She had to undergo emergency surgery because her intenstines were blocked. The surgery didn't provide much relief and she was basically told there wasn't anything else they could do for her, but to try to keep her comfortable. She is now home on hospice care. 

The financial burden of a serious catastrophic illness is too much for the family to handle. They have sold family items to try to manage all of the sudden, unexpected expenses, but the expenses continue to come. If you are able to donate, please do! If not, please share!
