Help Morty with his Surgery expenses.

Hey guys, I’m not the type to ask for help but this’s one of my loved ones. As I was walking Morty for his last walk before going to bed, he got injured severely. Some how he cut open an  artery and lots a lot of blood, he needs to go into surgery to close up the gash. I love him so much and it breaks my heart to see him in pain.
