<div>I'm raising money to benefit HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF B.C. AND YUKON, and I would love it if you can join in my efforts to help make an impact.

<div>With both of my parents suffering heart attacks it is something that unfortunately is now very close to my heart so on Saturday, June 17th I am hiking three north shore peaks in aid of this very worthy cause.

</div>
<div>If you are in town and are up for joining 1, 2, all 3 or even just a beer at the top of the Grouse, I would love to see you there. The plan for the day is as follows:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1. St. Mark's Summit on Cypress - 10km / 570m elevation
</div>
<div>2. First Peak/Pump Peak on Mt. Seymour - 7km/ 475m elevation
</div>
<div>3. Grouse Grind - ~3km / 780m elevation
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to join, a donation of any size is most welcome!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to me.
