Stem Cell Treatment

After months of discomfort and pain in my hands and feet I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in August of 2016. The doctors have no definitive treatment for this disease and basically treatment is trial and error. The first medicine I had an allergic reaction to and I almost ended up in the hospital with a fever of 102. The second medication which cost $1,900 a month actually made my symptoms worse. I could barely get out of bed and could not dress myself. I had to stop working and go on disability. The doctor told me "its going to get worse before it gets better." That was in January of 2017.  Since then I have been on 3 different medications with no particular luck. I work with my hands and this disease had made that almost impossible to do. For 7 years my wife and I have been trying to get pregnant, as of December 2017 that was a success and even holding my newborn son is painful to do. There is Stem Cell Treatment available that is not allowed to be done in America. Due to this insurance does not cover the procedure and it costs $24,000. That price is valid for 90 days and after that I have to get another evaluation/price. The facility is located in Panama City, Panama and is run by American doctors with a very high success rate. I have been told by every doctor that there is no cure for this disease and the best I can hope for is the right combination of harsh drugs to put it into remission.
