<div>My name is Natasha. I am creating this Go Fund Me account to help my dear sister/friend Janelle, age 31, who was recently diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer. Janelle had a bilateral mammogram on April 7th, where a large mass was detected. She underwent an ultra-sound and had a biopsy that determined she had a positive grade 2 carcinoma. Janelle then had an MRI on April 22nd which determined that she also has an abnormal 11.4 cm area in the breast as well. Due to the severity of the cancer and Janelle's current age, she will undergo a bilateral mastectomy with sentinel lymph node removal and reconstructive surgery in the very near future. After the removal of the cancer and lymph nodes she will wait for pathology to come back and let her know if she will also have to do radiation. Janelle will have to have at the least 5 weeks off of work while she recovers which will consist of no pulling, lifting, or reaching of any kind. I am looking to help ease the financial burden and stresses for Janelle and her husband, Shawn, as they will need additional support to help them and their children during her recovery. Any donations received will aim to help cover the out-of-pocket medical costs and income supplement while she is in recovery.  Thank you in advance for all the love and support for my sister/friend.
