Help Luna Recover from Emergency Surgery

Dear Friends and Animal Lovers,

Meet Luna, our beloved 6-month-old Bombay cat who has brought endless joy and companionship into our lives.

Recently, Luna had to be brought to the vet. She was taken on Saturday, September 14 around 10 AM. She was later diagnosed with a fever and was dehydrated. She was provided fluids during her visit and medication when she was let go. We were told if she throws up again, she had to be taken back for further examination. At around 5:30 PM, she started to throw up again, and we immediately took her back to the vet. That’s when they found out she had an intestinal blockage caused by a hair tie. They kept her overnight to try and help her get it out with fluids and medications. But on Sunday morning, we were called and told she has to undergo emergency surgery as nothing was helping her. The only solution left was surgery.

Luna is more than just a pet to us; she’s a cherished member of our family. Her playful antics, gentle purrs, and comforting presence have been a source of happiness and solace. We are heartbroken to see her in pain and distress.
