My name is Jeremy Madding and I am fund raising for Michael West.
Michael is a young man who was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma. He is unable to work his job at Power Truss Inc in Mayfield, KY due to pain and fatigue. He cannot afford basic necessities and needs money for transportation to and from Murray, Ky, where he is receiving treatment. His biopsy will be within a week to determine the type of lymphoma cancer.
Michael is 23 yrs old and has a young son. A large portion of the money will also go toward child support. He has no family that are able to support him and is currently staying in a friend's garage. This tragedy has hit at the very time that Michael was turning his life around and recovering from the poor decisions of his youth. Please help this young man as he deals with this life threatening cancer.
