Help for The Moore family

Matt has had issues with his foot for a few years and finally got a 3rd opinion to see why he had so much pain. On 11/14/2018 Matt was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma a rare form of cancer that is often missed. 
The tumor is in his left foot and because of the size he has to have below the knee amputation on 11/30/2018. He will also have 6 rounds of chemo to fight anything that may be in his bloodstream. Matt is very blessed that the cancer is only in his foot and his doctor is very positive after the amputation and chemo Matt will be on the road to recovery. 
But during this time He will be out of work and medical bills as well as everyday living expenses won’t stop. The Moore’s have 3 beautiful children and Matt has been blessed with an amazing wife.
