As you know, the loss of Soren has devastated Doug, Kathryn, and Isabel. As their family and friends, we are devastated with them. Many have asked what they could do to assist their healing, or to honor Soren’s beautiful life. We want to make sure that they have meals and other necessities, we want them to be free to do the work of grief for their long-term healing, and we want them to be able to create a legacy that honors Soren.  As you can imagine, they are not in a position right now to make these decisions, or even to respond to all the generous support being offered. To give you a way to respond, and to allow them the time they need, we are creating a resource fund that they could use to cover the costs associated with trying to recover from such a loss, or to continue Soren’s work for the people in Costa Rica, or to seed a foundation that would operate in Soren’s memory. Please know that any donations made will not be tax deductible at this point. Their entire family is so grateful for all of the love and support that continues come their way.
