First, he’s experienced profound hearing loss, and after seeing multiple specialists, it’s clear that cochlear implant surgery is his best option to restore meaningful hearing. At the same time, he has been diagnosed with a serious health condition requiring a bone marrow transplant—a life-saving procedure critical to his recovery and long-term health.
