Living a Secret Lifestyle

At the beginning of this month I received the worse news of my life. My boyfriend, Wynne of almost 20 years passed away suddenly. He had been in California since December taking care of his mother and father who were both terminally ill. I missed him so much, but understood that he belonged with his family during this time.  Wynne fought his own battles with COPD, but it never stopped him from helping others. He was there to help my ex until he passed away. He helped my grandmother and aunt until they died, and then traveled back home to California to help his parents. He died within months of his father's passing.

Wynne moved to Peoria almost 20 years ago from California to be with me. Although we never married our love for each other was strong and stable. We were best friends, we did everything together. We both felt like our commitment didnt need bound by a piece of paper. We loved each other unconditionally. Although I trust that this was the way it was supposed to happen, I just dont know how I will make it without him.

Unfortunately, I knew Wynne had a problem throwing things away. He lived across the street from me and I hadnt been in his house for years because it was so full of "stuff" the last time I saw it. I knew he had a problem, but he was unwilling to discuss it with me. I didnt realize how much of a problem until I walked into his house last night. My heart is broken, I am so saddened that he was living this way. There was not bed, and no place to even put a bed. He was sleeping on a wicker chair with a cushion and a plastic tote turned upside down for his legs. I am unable to climb past the living room to see the rest of the house, but I have seen pictures. It is devasting.  The house is so full and I feel awful for the life that he was living secretly.

I plan to have my friends and family help me to clean his house up,  but I just cant afford it on a single income. I myself struggle to make ends meet. I am in need of money to help me pay for a dumpster, possibly two. I also need to buy some time, I need a month's rent, electricity and water. I may also need to hire a couple young muscles to carry some of the heavy items. We are older people doing the best we can, but have physical limitations.

I need the funds immediately due to the time factor, rent, monthly bills, etc. We dont have much time to get alot of work done in such a short period.  I will be forever grateful for any assistance. Asking for money or airing my business (or Wynne's) on social medial is completely out of my comfort zone. My heart aches feeling as if I am disparaging Wynne's name. Please forgive me if I am. Wynne I love you today and for the rest of my life!

Thank you in advance for any financial help!
