Wyatt's Recovery from Near Drowning

Donation protected
Friends, Family,  and Prayer Warriors. On April 22, 2014 Wyatt fell into our pool.  As many of you know, God did the most amazing miracle.  After nearly 40 minutes of diligent work the doctors decided it was time to stop trying to revive Wyatt.  They asked me to come in and see him before they finalized everything.  When I was crying out to Jesus, Wyatt’s heart began to beat.  It was a miracle, pure and simple.

Wyatt is still running the race of recovery. However he has had a long road to recover so far.  He has, by the Grace of God, defied all odds and he continues to do so.  We know that this is all by the hand of God and we are beyond thankful.  We also know that God has given us wonderful advancements in technology, medicine, and science as well as an amazing team of therapist and physicians that have helped in Wyatt’s recovery.  (He was said to never even have emotions.....his smile is so sweet!)
(And listen to his laugh :) )

I’m sure many of you have read the story of Eden (EDEN'S STORY - HERE ).  She had a near drowning and went to see Dr. Harch in New Orleans.  He administered a proper dose of oxygen to her via hyperbaric chamber.  She has made and amazing recovery and they have proved the recovery with spec scans of her brain before and after HBOT Treatments. What we found out when we researched it more, was it was Dr. Harch’s protocol and look at each patient’s needs for how much O2 and pressure for that specific person that made the biggest difference.  This process can take up to 8 weeks!  He prescribes a paticulare dose and pressure for each person, no brain recovery is the same.

We want to take Wyatt to see Dr. Harch in New Orleans so he can treat Wyatt and send us home with a proper protocol for Wyatt with the accurate dosage of O2 and pressure he needs for the best use of his chamber and recovery for his brain.

We also would like to take Wyatt to Plasticity Brain Center again as well as get him all the therapies he needs in the next year.  This is not an easy feat. The cost is astronomical, but how can we put a price on Wyatt’s recovery?  We are asking for all our warriors to come to our aid.  If we looked at the therapies he needs for just these two we are looking closer to 20K once all is said with travel.  We don’t take these therapies lightly and are looking to push legislation forward to get these covered.  However so far, they are not.

Brad and I are asking you for not only your prayer support but, also for financial support so that we can continue to get Wyatt the additional therapies he needs for recovery. We are asking that you would prayerfully consider contributing to the cost of the additional therapies.  We are hoping to get Wyatt to these therapies in the next several months.

Thank you for all you have done and continue to do to see your warrior recovered! Please pray #warriorsforwyatt , for his FULL recover.  God is good and listening, keep praying!
